With a solid engineering background, INOVA ENERGY offers its Project Management and Supervision always focusing on the results expected by our clients. We prepare Terms of Reference and conduct Request for Proposals processes, prepare executive plans, structure interface and responsibility matrices, perform project and budgetary schedule control, create and supervise performance indicators, work progress diagrams and produce high level reports, continually monitoring project interfaces, contractual milestones and measurement criteria, in addition to taking part in the technical supervision of construction activities.
We use standard market tools to perform document control, prepare and update project schedule as well as some tools developed in-house to allow web and mobile access and simplify and speed up field work enabling quick collection/assembly of project information thus lending precision to the updated progress reports.
